Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your email accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect e-mails from one mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
